Simple meal with noodles

Want to have a homecooked meal with noodles?
Here is a simple recipe for you to try.

Ingredients:
1. Noodles - whatever types of noodles that you like.
2. Meat - any meat will do. Eg. chicken, pork, beef,......
3. Vegetables - any types that you want to eat. Eg. mustard, tomato, cabbage, spinach,......
4. Eggs - as many as you like to put in
5. Seasoning - pepper, salt, light soy sauce (optional: garlic, oyster sauce, chilli, sesame oil)

First, cook the noodles till al dente and drain the water.

Cut and wash the meat and vege.

Fry the eggs, meat, vege first before adding water and seasoning.

Finally, stir in the noodles.

And voila....your meal is ready to be served.

  1. this would be the .. i think so far the best among all ur cookings.. haha.. reminds me of the younger days of ours where grandma used to cook this for us...
